ABOUT US
Design Solutions is a multi-disciplinary firm based out of Kenya, leveraging the discipline of design to deliver robust, value driven architectural solutions.

Established in 1994 by Anthony Githaiga Gichora, we have been at the forefront of providing cutting edge solutions in all matters shelter. Our mission is to serve our clients to the highest standard of execution.
Our founding partner has been an architect for thirty-one (31) years, and has extensive experience in all aspects of architectural consultancy. A veritable real estate developer in his own right, he is a registered architect, a corporate member of the Architectural Association of Kenya (MAAK) and a qualified arbitrator.
Other key personnel include two registered architects, Arch. Anthony Kariuki and Arch. Gichora Githaiga. Arch. Kariuki has been responsible for the design and supervision of construction projects of varying types during a career that spans over 29 years. Arch. Gichora is a skillful designer and project manager, leading the firm's design team in our most recent projects.

CONSTRAINTS DECISIONS DESIGN
We believe that Architecture is borne out of constraints, which inform decisions and decisions drive design.
We therefore make it our business to be thoroughly appraised of all the project constraints; spatial, environmental, programmatic, cost and aesthetic constraints.
Our process involves the bi faceted process of rigorous analysis and creative synthesis, producing well considered design solutions; efficient, value driven and refined.
